Patricia Lamour MBE is the co-founder and CEO of Aspire Education Group, a hub of strategic consultants who strive to think globally and act locally based in the UK, Germany and East Africa. Aspire co-develops innovative solutions to address racialised and gendered wealth inequalities which play out in education, employment and the health sectors. Aspire leads strategic partnerships for innovation in adult and school education with 16 partners across 14 countries in Europe including Turkey. Patricia is an ethical global educator, successful business leader and internationally recognized expert who advises governments, international agencies, corporates, foundations and local authorities. She is invited as a keynote speaker on human capacity investments for inclusive and equitable development.
