This poem encapsulates what I want the term Sociapreneur to mean. They are change agents who build social change networks, recognise and develop agents of change, people who are empowered to nurture the seeds for future growth.

Sociapreneurs, unlike entrepreneurs, seek social wealth, not personal wealth; they plant roots in which others can transport change around their communities. Sociapreneurs often have several different projects, each feeding and supporting each other. They instill a model of collaboration in all they do, say and encourage. Sociapreneurs do not need to think about their corporate social responsibility; they are dedicated to social responsibility and social change, empowerment and community growth.
